Helpline

Our helpline is available 24x7 to address queries related to food licensing, registration, food safety concerns, and other FoSCoS-related issues.

When you call, you can select from the following options:

• Press 1: Food license or registration related queries
• Press 2: Food safety or hygiene related concerns
• Press 3: Standard or product approval related queries
• Press 4: General food related queries

Escalation

If your query is not resolved through the helpline or your state-wise grievance handling desk, you may escalate it to the FSSAI head office:
